A season of build up, and they give us a completely underwhelming final confrontation, and it didn't even make sense!!! Why didn't Peter just fly away?!?! Why didn't Claire just shoot him? How the hell did Sylar let himself get killed? God, that was X-Men 3-ish.
Days later, I still can't think of it without ending in a gutteral rage.
